New York Cajun Andouille Sausage

- 10 Minutes
- 5 Cajun-style Andouille bison sausages
- 5 PumperJack buns
- Brown mustard
- 4 cups of water
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add sausages, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until sausages have reached an internal temperature of 160°F, or 5-7 minutes.
- Remove sausages from water, and place in buns.
- Top with all other ingredients.
