New York Cajun Andouille Sausage

New York Cajun Andouille Sausage

  • 5 Cajun-style Andouille bison sausages
  • 5 PumperJack buns
  • Sauerkraut
  • Brown mustard
  • 4 cups of water


  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add sausages, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until sausages have reached an internal temperature of 160°F, or 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove sausages from water, and place in buns.
  3. Top with all other ingredients.
