Reuben Sausage

Tired of the same old ketchup and mustard business?  Try it this way for a new exciting twist.

  • 5 smoked bison sausages
  • 5 PumperJack™ buns
  • Sauerkraut
  • Swiss cheese
  • Thousand island dressing
  • 4 cups of water


  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add sausages, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until sausages have reached an internal temperature of 160°, or 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove sausages from water, and place in buns. Top with all other ingredients.
